The alley is a biography of old Beijing life. We do not change any of the current situation of the alley.

Some resources must be shared so that residents can communicate. This creates the unique neighborhood and market life of Hutong.

We hope to explore a more positive way of sharing public resources and extend the market life of hutongs.

The competition number is not important, it is important to participate. Through this competition, the designers of ATLAS have more deep thinking about the Hutong transformation, and hope to have a chance to participate in the practical design of this kind of project in the future, and let the Hutong Culture live in a more livable way.
